- IAG's turbo heat shield blanket is excellent for isolating the heat produced by the turbocharger. The T4 size turbo is constructed with a titanium fiber outer layer and it is internally insulated with high-temperature ceramic insulated pad that is rated to 1800°F continuous and 2300°F peak which is then overlaid with a high-temperature stainless steel mesh for increased durability and improved thermal resistance.
- The outer surface features stainless steel capstan rivets that accept spring clips allowing the blanket to fit many applications with ease.
